Terms of Service

Agreement

By engaging Local Business Accelerator (ABN: TBC) for services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the provision of digital services including website design and maintenance, search optimisation, content creation, and digital maintenance.

Services

We will provide the services as agreed in your service agreement or proposal. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in that document. These terms apply in addition to any specific service agreement.

Payment

Fees are invoiced monthly in advance for ongoing services, and on agreement of scope for project work. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 2% per month fee. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the content and custom design elements we create for you. We retain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio. Third-party tools, fonts, and plugins remain subject to their own licences.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to provide our services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LBA's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Project work may be suspended if payment is outstanding.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
