Why this is its own service

Most agencies build your site and hand over the keys. Then six months later a plugin is out of date, the hosting bill auto-renews to a bad card, or an attacker injects spam links into your site. Google notices the spam links and your rankings drop. You don’t notice for months. Maintenance is the insurance policy that keeps none of that happening.

Hosting

We use Australian-based servers. Your site loads faster for Australian visitors. Data doesn’t leave Australia. We handle all the server-level configuration — you don’t need to touch it.

Backups

Daily automated backups, stored offsite. If anything breaks, we can restore your site to a working state, usually within the hour. This has saved clients years of content and setup.

Security

We monitor for malware, block known attack patterns, and keep all software updated. If something is compromised, we deal with it as part of your maintenance plan — not an extra invoice.

Domain and DNS

Renewing domains. Managing DNS records. Setting up email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Handling redirects. The things that break silently and take hours to diagnose. We watch them so they don’t.

Do I have to use your hosting? We strongly prefer it — it means we can fix problems without chasing access credentials. But we can discuss your situation.

What if I just want the backups and security, not hosting? Yes, we can do a lighter maintenance-only plan. Let’s talk.

What if my site was built by someone else? We do a technical audit first to understand the state of it, then we take it on.
