Local Business Accelerator (ABN: TBC) ("LBA", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. Contact and enquiry data

When you fill in our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and website URL. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we can help your business.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No cookie consent banner is required. If we switch to Google Analytics 4, we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, send service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., our booking platform).

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@lbaccelerator.com.au.
