Why we started
Benjamin started LBA after watching small business owners get burned by agencies that built them a flashy website, took the money, and disappeared. The site broke within a year. The Google listing was never claimed. Nothing was measured. LBA was built around the opposite idea: do the work properly, stay around, and make sure the business actually benefits. We're based in Manly, Brisbane, and we hire local team members in the regions we serve. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows your market.
